2.1 材料驗收:封頭板材SA516Gr.70需是鎮靜鋼板,軋制狀態供貨,應進行-10℃沖擊試驗,三個試樣的沖擊功值均≥40J。板材應在成型前按照SA-435包括補充要求S1進行UT檢測
Material identification: SA516Gr.70 carbon steel plates must be fully killed carbon steel type, supplied in the as-rolled condition. Plates shall be ultrasonically examined with 100% before in accordance with SA-435 including supplementary requirements S1. Plates shall required impact temperature is -10℃.

4.2 鍛件驗收:SA105正火+回火狀態供貨。鍛件應按A-388和ASME Ⅷdiv.2中3.3.4段進行100%UT檢測。所有鍛件金加工后的整個表面應進行100%MT或100%PT檢測
Forgings identification: SA-105 the maxima supplied in the normalized +tempered. Forgings shall be examined in accordance with A-388 and ASME section Ⅷ, division 2, paragraph 3.3.4: the entire surface of all forgings, after finish machining shall be examined by PT or MT.
